Finished PICO-8 Pong

I wrapped up my Pong implementation - collision physics from scratch really kicked my ass. Still have some issues, in particular, the ball can clip through objects when moving quickly, which makes sense - I am not doing any kind of recursive check during the path projection. Overall this was an awesome experience, and I am excited to make more PICO-8 games! As a little side-tangent though, I want to run through this exercise again using Bevy - just to try to solidify what’s in my mind while it is fresh, with a framework that has a little more batteries included (but not as much as say Godot). Also, I miss Rust, so that’s another motivating factor for Bevy.
